This video is pretty good. Inspite lacks other European facilities or colonies.

Greenland doesn't belong to the European Union but belongs to Denmark which belongs to the E.U. so it is with the Feroe Islands. Holland has still several islands in the Caribbean. Several E.U. countries have territories in the Antarctica which very strategic for the access to the Atlantic, Indic & Pacific oceans.
